The Senior Client Operations Manager, Field Execution & Analytics plays a critical role in supporting field leadership by driving operational visibility, execution tracking, and data integrity across the organization. This individual serves as a key partner to field leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, system oversight, and performance tracking.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Power BI), ensuring accuracy of operational data, tracking compliance and execution metrics, and supporting client-level training initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytics, systems expertise, and operational understanding within a large, distributed field organization.
Four-year college degree in a related discipline strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience using Axis, SSRS, billing systems, fulfillment tools, or related operational platforms preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides indirect supervision, direction, and support to Client Operations Managers and Client Operations Coordinators.
Travel Requirements: Approximately 10% to 20% domestic travel may be required.
