Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a proactive Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the UKI region, partnering with regional sales leadership and Pan-EMEA GTM teams. This role focuses on multi-touch campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and growth in a dynamic security and identity platform market.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in senior field marketing within B2B SaaS, strong digital marketing skills, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Senior Field Marketing role.
• IT industry experience, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
• Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Jointly work with regional leadership to develop strategic GTM plans for UKI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute GTM initiatives.
• Execute UKI plan with focus on delivering measurable growth.
• Manage and mentor Field Marketing Specialist in the region.
• Refine GTM tactics to deepen engagement with strategic accounts.
• Support orchestration of ABM and deal acceleration programs.
