Job summary

Ping Identity, a leader in cloud identity, seeks a proactive Senior Field Marketing Manager for the UKI region. You will partner with regional sales to create strategic, multi-touch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and growth. The role combines hands-on execution with close collaboration across Go To Market teams.

You will manage budgets, relationships with vendors, and be part of a dynamic, globally diverse culture that values experimentation and results.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Great relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic GTM plans for the UKI region with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with UKI Sales and Pan-EMEA GTM programs to create multi-touch campaigns.
Manage budget, vendors, and procurement processes; report campaign performance.
Lead and mentor the Field Marketing Specialist for growth and development.
Provide actionable insights from campaigns and participate in quarterly planning.
