You will drive traffic and credibility across four key markets while coordinating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, CRM, Stores Operations) to ensure measurable, integrated field activity. The role leads a small team, manages budgets, and shapes go-to-market activations, grand openings, and partner programs with a data-driven approach

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field marketing, local marketing, or experiential marketing experience.
• Experience managing field marketing agency partners and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Proven track record launching physical retail locations or stores at scale.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports, including remote team members.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with creative, media, ops, legal, and exec stakeholders.
• Data fluency to build measurement frameworks and translate data into decisions.
• Excellent project management and ability to run multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own field marketing strategy across four must-win markets (New York, LA, Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago).
• Lead go-to-market for field activations, including grand openings and community events.
• Manage the All Terrain Collective relationship and budget allocations.
• Execute GO field marketing across store openings with ATC and Spring teams.
• Design and manage attribution, CID tracking, and market measurement.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports across creative, copy, and production ops.
