• Experience managing and developing direct reports, including remote team members.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with creative, media, ops, legal, and executive stakeholders.
• Data-driven: build measurement frameworks and translate data into strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own field marketing strategy across four must-win markets: New York, Los Angeles, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Chicago.
• Manage the All Terrain Collective agency partner and budget allocations.
• Lead grand opening field marketing executions across flagship and retail stores.
• Develop attribution and measurement infrastructure for field marketing.
• Lead a team of direct reports across creative, copy/strategy, and production operations.
