Qualifications

• 10+ years of field/experiential marketing experience.
• Demonstrated agency partner management and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Proven track record launching physical retail locations at scale.
• Experience managing remote direct reports.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with creative, media, ops, legal, and executives.
• Data-driven: builds measurement frameworks and translates data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own field marketing strategy across four must-win markets: NY, LA, Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago.
• Lead agency partner management and budget allocation; maintain the 85/15 investment model.
• Lead grand opening field marketing execution for flagship stores and activations.
• Own attribution, measurement, and holdout market analysis for field marketing impact.
• Manage a team spanning creative, copy/strategy, and production operations; mentor and develop staff.
