Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Field Marketing to own field strategy, agency management, and in-market execution across multiple markets.

This player-coach role leads a team and partners with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, credibility, and measurable results through field activations and grand openings. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in field/experiential marketing, strong budget management, data-driven decision making, and a track record of scaling multi-market retail

Qualifications

10+ years in field/local/experiential marketing.
Proven experience managing field marketing agency partners and multi-million-dollar budgets.
Proven track record launching physical retail locations or stores at scale—multi-market context.

Responsibilities

Own field marketing strategy across key markets (New York, LA, Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago).
Lead agency partnerships (All Terrain Collective) and manage budgets with DMA focus.
Lead grand opening field marketing execution across store openings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Own measurement infrastructure for field marketing, including CID tracking and DMA-level metrics.
Manage a team of direct reports in creative, copy/strategy, and production operations.
