Job summary

Denodo seeks an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to bridge the marketing engine and North American sales. You will design regional programs targeting high-value accounts to build a predictable pipeline and translate corporate goals into localized tactics that resonate with decision-makers.

You will collaborate with the RVP of Sales and regional directors to accelerate opportunities, manage multi-channel budgets, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B field marketing or demand generation in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Deep CRM experience, especially Salesforce, and marketing automation like Marketo.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning to align regional field tactics with sales quotas.
• Generate pipeline through webinars, events, direct marketing and ABM.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate opportunities and manage mid-funnel programs.
• Lead ABM initiatives for prioritized accounts with personalized experiences.
• Coordinate Sales Director alignment and weekly tactic reviews.
• Oversee proprietary events, dinners, and regional trade shows.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive mutual pipeline growth.
• Monitor lead flow and SLA adherence between Marketing and Sales.
• Forecast and optimize the regional marketing budget for ROI.
• Analyze campaigns and report on pipeline, revenue influence and metrics.
