Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of field marketing in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue with field/ABM programs.
• Strong collaboration with enterprise sales leadership.
• Experience managing multi-channel field programs across regions.
• Proficient with marketing automation & CRM (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Aufgaben

• Own and execute regional field marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities.
• Design and run events, roadshows, executive engagements, webinars, ABM initiatives.
• Partner with sales to support territory plans, pipeline creation, and expansion.
• Manage end-to-end program execution: planning, budgeting, logistics, post-follow up.
• Analyze program performance and report ROI to marketing and sales leadership.
• Manage regional budgets and coordinate with vendors/partners.
• Support NiCE’s annual user conference and field communications on passes.
