Qualifications

• 10+ years of field marketing experience in high-tech B2B or SaaS
• Proven track record delivering pipeline and revenue through field programs
• Strong collaboration with sales leadership and territory planning

Responsibilities

• Own regional field marketing strategy aligned with objectives
• Design, execute and measure field programs (events, roadshows, ABM initiatives)
• Partner with sales to support territory plans and pipeline acceleration
• Manage end-to-end program budgets, logistics, promotion and follow-up
• Analyze program performance and provide insights to leadership
• Oversee regional budgets and vendor/agency partnerships
