Ciroos is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own strategic event planning and end-to-end execution for enterprise B2B audiences in the US, with a focus on SRE/Platform Engineering and DevOps leaders.

You will build premium, high-impact experiences from conferences to executive dinners, driving pipeline and ROI while collaborating closely with sales. This role offers autonomy and a fast-paced startup environment with significant travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing trade shows and field events for enterprise B2B technology companies.
• Experience at early-stage tech startups with scrappy/hustle and premium polish.
• Deep understanding of the SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Observability buyer.
• Highly data-literate; budgets justified by pipeline, not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Event Planning & Selection: identify, evaluate, and negotiate presence at the industry events that matter most to our target audience.
• Orchestrate high-touch, white-glove executive experiences that accelerate existing deal cycles.
• Build and defend our annual events calendar with rigorous ROI expectations.
• Event Execution & Experience Design: logistics, vendor negotiation, and flawless on-site operations.
• Design premium booth activations and creative experiences resonating with engineering audiences and reflecting our differentiation.
• Drive pre-event meeting generation and ensure CRM mapping of every interaction.
• Post-Event Analysis & Pipeline Accountability: analyze performance, ROI, lead quality, and pipeline attribution.
• Track competitive intelligence to inform future GTM strategy.
