Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director of Field Marketing to lead integrated marketing programs, ABM initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams.

This role focuses on driving pipeline, awareness, and account engagement in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design programs that address target buyers’ needs, and optimize marketing effectiveness through data-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Well organized with very high attention to detail.
• Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Proficient in delivering content via social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Working knowledge of Sigma, and marketing automation platform experience (Marketo).
• Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing strategy and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Create integrated marketing programs and communications for target buyers and influencers.
• Drive pipeline through awareness, nurture, and education of target accounts.
• Design and execute 1:Few ABM initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize programs and ABM initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve programs through better audience segmentation and techniques.
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative/Digital, and Marketing Ops teams.
• Build and maintain a complete account and contact database.
