Job summary

Doppel is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Associate to drive regional field programs across the TOLA territory. You will partner with the Senior Field Marketing Manager, West, Sales and channel teams to generate demand and build pipeline.

The role requires 2–3 years in field marketing within a B2B SaaS/tech environment, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with a remote-first, flexible setup. Travel 1–2 times per quarter is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute TOLA regional field events and programs from planning to post-event follow-up
• Serve as the marketing partner for the TOLA region; participate in regional calls and provide updates
• Collaborate with internal teams on post-event follow-up and ROI measurement
• Manage lead generation programs to meet pipeline needs (direct mail and other tactics)
• Coordinate with channel partners and service providers on joint marketing activities
• Oversee regional marketing budget, purchases, and payments
• Handle regional swag needs and distribution as part of the marketing strategy
• Analyze results and align events with demand generation programs to drive MQLs

We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Associate to support and execute field marketing efforts across our TOLA territory. In this position, you will partner closely with our Senior Field Marketing Manager, West, as well as Sales and channel teams, to run regional programs that generate demand and help build pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Implement TOLA regional field events and programs (seminars, tradeshows, conferences, association participation, and more) from initial planning through final execution, including contracts, logistics, promotional communications, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up and tracking.
• Serve as the go-to marketing partner for the TOLA region by joining regional calls, delivering updates, and ensuring the field team has the marketing support needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams on post-event follow-up and measure ROI across events and programs.
• Manage lead generation programs to meet pipeline development needs, including direct mail and additional field marketing tactics.
• Work with channel partners and service providers to produce joint marketing activities that build awareness and demand in-market.
• Manage all aspects of the regional marketing budget, including purchasing, payments, and provisioning.
• Manage regional swag needs and distribution as part of the regional marketing strategy.
• Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve performance; align field marketing events with core demand generation programs to drive marketing qualified leads through integrated, multi-touch programs.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of field marketing experience across multiple disciplines, including customer-facing events, digital campaigns, and email programs.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable in a range of environments from a C-level executive dinner to chatting with practitioners at conferences.
• Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently.
• High executional skills and the ability to quickly pivot projects as needs change.
• Comfort working in a high-pressure environment and proactively seeking candid feedback from stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Cybersecurity experience is an advantage.
• Travel required (1-2 times per quarter).
