Job summary

Doppel is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Associate to lead and execute field programs across the TOLA region, partnering with Sales, channel teams, and the Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive demand and build pipeline.

You’ll own events from planning to post-event follow-up, manage budgets, collaborate on ROI measurement, and coordinate lead generation programs and partnerships. Travel 1–2 times per quarter is required.

Qualifications

2–3 years of field marketing experience across events and digital campaigns.
Experience in a B2B SaaS/tech company is required.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to coordinate multiple marketing campaigns concurrently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute TOLA regional field events and programs from start to finish.
Serve as the marketing partner for the region, coordinating with Sales and channel teams.
Collaborate on post-event follow-up and measure ROI across activities.
Manage lead generation programs and regional marketing budget.
Coordinate with partners and service providers for joint activities.
