Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Sustaining Facilities & Construction Sr. Supervisor to lead field activities in the Eagle Ford region from Three Rivers, TX.

You will oversee sustaining capital projects, facility upgrades, and related construction, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with budgets and schedules. The role requires strong field leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, HSE, and contractors, and a track record of delivering brownfield projects

Qualifications

• Full U.S. work authorization without restrictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive oil and gas facilities and construction experience.
• 10+ years of supervisory or field leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing sustaining capital projects and brownfield facility modifications.
• Experience supporting production facilities, pipelines, compression systems, water infrastructure, and automation systems.
• Proven contractor management and multi-discipline project execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for safe planning, execution, and delivery of sustaining capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Lead construction execution across oil & gas production facilities, gathering systems, and pipelines.
• Coordinate with Operations to minimize production disruptions and ensure safe operations.
• Review work packages, drawings, schedules, and contractor execution plans.
• Develop scope, constructability reviews, project planning, and cost estimating activities.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are met.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
