Job summary

Flywheel seeks an Engineering Supervisor for its South Texas Eagle Ford asset. Based in Houston, you lead the production engineering team to deliver safe, compliant, reliable, and optimized production with data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years in production/completions engineering in unconventional plays.
Experience with artificial lift selection and optimization across assets.
Proven workover candidate generation and post-job lookbacks.
Fluency in AFE economics and LOE structure.
Knowledge of surveillance tooling and regulatory filing requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the production engineering team; drive safety, reliability, and compliance.
Manage workover and development programs, AFEs, and cost performance.
Forecast LOE and workover spend; minimize variances with ROI focus.
Represent engineering in cross-functional forums and planning cycles.
Ensure NSPS OOOO/OOOOb compliance; lead incident investigations and audits.
