Job summary

Repsol SA seeks a Sustaining Facilities & Construction Sr. Supervisor to lead field execution across the Eagle Ford asset. The role focuses on sustaining capital projects, brownfield upgrades, and infrastructure work, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a dynamic operating environment.

The candidate will mentor field teams, coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and HSE, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive oil and gas facilities and construction experience.
• 10+ years of supervisory or field leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining capital and brownfield facility projects from planning through mechanical completion and turnover.
• Manage construction activities across asset infrastructure including gathering systems, production facilities, and pipelines.
• Coordinate project execution with Operations to minimize production disruptions and safety risks.
• Review work packages, drawings, specifications, schedules, and contractor execution plans.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are met.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
