Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience managing low voltage / structured cabling technicians.
• Strong preference for hyperscale data center experience.
• Mastery of all low voltage tools, equipment & job functions with ability to conduct training.
• Experience following project processes, staffing, scheduling, and change orders.
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of low-voltage projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
• Manage multiple projects with on-site supervision and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership and training to staff and assist in hiring.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular interaction and issue resolution.
• Ensure onsite materials management and daily updates to project tracking.
• Participate in project meetings and pre-/post-bid activities.
• Conduct technical training sessions for technicians and leads.
