DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician for opportunities in Geismar, LA. This role performs field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure project specifications and industry standards are met.

Strong preference for ACI, NICET, TxDOT certifications. Responsibilities include on-site testing, lab reporting, and coordinating with dispatch and clients while maintaining safety and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction materials testing experience.
• Experience with soils, concrete, asphalt, and field testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials.
• Conduct concrete testing (slump, air content, temp, unit weight, cylinders).
• Perform soil compaction testing (sand cone or nuclear density gauge).
• Complete Proctor, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis, and soil tests.
• Monitor pile installation for capacity, penetration, and blows.
• Prepare accurate field and lab reports.
• Communicate with dispatch, management, and onsite clients.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors and teams.
