Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician in Geismar, LA to perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Candidates with ACI, NICET, TxDOT or related certifications are strongly preferred, and a minimum of 3+ years of CM Testing experience is expected. Ability to work outdoors and on-call hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience preferred.
• Experience with soils, concrete, asphalt, and field testing procedures.
• ACI, NICET, TxDOT, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing of construction materials including soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring.
• Conduct concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, cylinders for compressive strength).
• Perform soil tests (proctor, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis) and soil classification tests.
• Monitor pile installation documenting capacity, penetration, and blow counts.
• Prepare accurate, timely field and laboratory reports.
• Communicate daily with dispatch, management, and on-site clients.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow project requirements.
• Assist technical team and share information across the organization.
