GFL Environmental is seeking a Field Support Analyst to join our team in Southfield, MI. The FSA serves as the face of IT and acts as a Level 2 liaison for assigned end users, maintaining networks, hardware, software, and configurations to ensure seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities include in-person and remote support, regional liaison duties, network/system administration, and policy documentation. Travel around 60% within Michigan is required, with vehicle and valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of end-user services support in large-scale environments.
• A+ and MCSA certifications preferred.
• Travel up to 60% within Michigan; vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person and remote technical assistance during business hours and on special projects.
• Serve as the primary IT liaison for regional business units and escalate issues to higher-tier teams.
• Maintain and administer networks, hardware, applications, and system configurations; design and implement solutions.
• Create, maintain, and enforce policies, procedures, and knowledge base solutions; assist with asset inventory and vendor agreements.
• Mentor other Field Support Analysts and lead support for strategic initiatives.
• Travel to regional sites (approx. 60%) to provide hands-on support and training.
