Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year high school diploma or equivalent and five years of full-time experience in a consumer or worker protection agency conducting inspections or investigations, with supervisory/administrative duties.
• Bachelor’s degree and one year of full-time experience in a consumer or worker protection agency conducting inspections or investigations in a supervisory/administrative capacity or as an Inspector Assignment Level II.
• Education/experience equivalent to the above; college credits may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and prioritizes work assignments within the unit and with external agencies.
• Performs field inspections, follow-ups, and training evaluations.
• Prepares training materials and participates in policy/process reviews.
• Manages data, prepares reports, and provides analysis to upper management.
• Ensures quality control and compliance with standards.
• Manages staff and administrative needs, including disciplinary actions.
• Represents the division in meetings and coordinates the adjudicatory process.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth operations.
