Qualifications

• Experience on projects for NYCDDC, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, PANYNJ, or MTA is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on project status and problems encountered.
• Inspect materials for installation and verify certifications.
• Perform material sampling and required testing.
• Direct the contractor to rectify non-compliance issues.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
