Qualifications

• Ten+ years in low voltage, structured cabling, or related professional services.
• Experience leading large field deployments.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, cable schedules, and BOMs.
• Strong test methods and certification knowledge.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, estimates, and SOWs.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the practice level technical authority for Low Voltage delivery across Field Engineering.
• Review scope, field conditions, assumptions, acceptance requirements, and labor drivers for pursuits.
• Develop and maintain repeatable technical standards, work packages, and testing requirements.
• Define site survey and buildability requirements for pathways, racks, and cabinets.
• Support Project Engineers during complex deployments, escalations, and quality issues.
• Define skills, training, and qualification expectations for Field Engineering teams.
• Analyze defects and translate lessons into stronger standards and artifacts.
• Lead technical discussions with Sales, Solutions, and Costing/Estimating.
• Travel as required to customer sites and project locations.
