Job summary

Amazon Freight Partners (AFP) is a growing program where entrepreneurs build their business with Amazon. This role leads strategic initiatives to improve how the team and program operate at scale, owning KPIs and the carrier portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level initiatives end-to-end: problem framing, data, stakeholder alignment, implementation.
• Own KPIs for your portfolio. Have a point of view on your numbers and a plan to improve them.
• Own your domain's narrative at the WBR level. Present to senior leadership with confidence.
• Build relationships across product, planning, fleet, and customer experience. Be the sole representative of Carrier Services in the room.
• Turn patterns into playbooks the whole team can use. Mentor L5s.
• Own performance and relationships for a portfolio of AFP carriers. Know their business, their drivers, and their challenges.
• Root-cause rejections before coaching. If the problem is ours, fix it on our side.
• Conduct and document regular carrier 1:1s.
