Job summary

Amazon Freight Partners (AFP) is expanding its team with a Senior Program Manager who will lead cross-functional, end-to-end initiatives across product, planning, and fleet to improve carrier performance at scale.

You will own the portfolio's KPIs, present insights to senior leadership, and build relationships with carriers and internal teams to deliver practical improvements for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level initiatives end-to-end: problem framing, data, stakeholder alignment, implementation.
• Own KPIs for your portfolio and drive improvement plans.
• Present to senior leadership with confidence and clarity at WBRs.
• Build cross-functional relationships across product, planning, fleet, and customer experience.
• Turn patterns into playbooks and mentor colleagues.
• Own performance and relationships for a portfolio of carriers and their business drivers.
• Root-cause rejections and fix root causes on our side.
• Conduct and document regular carrier 1:1s.
