Job summary

Amazon Freight Partners (AFP) seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for carriers across the US. You’ll own the portfolio KPIs, frame problems with data, and present results to senior leadership, coordinating with product, planning, fleet, and CX teams to drive improvements.

You will report to the Sr. Manager over AFP Performance within a geographically distributed team. This field-based role emphasizes partnership with AFP carriers and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level initiatives end-to-end: framing, data, alignment, delivery.
• Own KPIs for your portfolio with a plan to improve them.
• Present narratives to senior leadership with confidence.
• Build relationships across product, planning, fleet, and CX teams.
• Turn patterns into playbooks and mentor senior staff.
• Manage performance and relationships for AFP carrier portfolios.
• Identify root causes and fix issues on our side.
• Conduct and document regular carrier 1:1s.
