Job summary
Amazon Freight Partner is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the launch of new products and features that support AFP growth, focusing on incremental flexible work opportunities and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end to end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.
Responsibilities
- Launch new products and features to support AFP growth.
- Define product features and manage cross-functional teams to grow the space.
- Set and manage goals and KPIs; manage the roadmap.
- Make key strategic decisions and secure buy-in from senior leadership.
- Lead end-to-end product ownership in a fast-paced environment.
