Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a seasoned construction foreman with strong supervisory and coordination skills to lead on-site crews in Tulsa, OK. The role demands ensuring work is performed per contract documents, safety standards, and schedule while managing costs and resources effectively.

The successful candidate will oversee planning, daily execution, QA/QC inspections, and interaction with inspectors, vendors and client representatives to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience – 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred
• Certification/License – Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work to meet timetables and budgets, and coordinate with inspectors, vendors and subcontractors.
• Supervise skilled and unskilled hourly workers and tight manpower resources to ensure safe, high‑quality execution.
• Maintain daily field reports and track labor costs against budgets; apply corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Plan and execute work plans, QA/QC inspections and closeout tasks to meet owner expectations and project milestones.
• Coordinate purchasing of materials and manage tools, equipment and subcontractor performance.
• Enforce safety policies, perform toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and site rules.
