Austin Industrial is seeking an on-site Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate workers across diverse construction projects. You will focus on scheduling, safety, quality, and cost control while maintaining strong working relationships with inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors.

Applicants must have NCCER, TWIC, and a valid DL, with 5+ years of industrial supervisory experience. The role is based in Plaquemine, LA and requires full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Certifications/ Licenses: NCCER, TWIC and DL.

Responsabilités

• Review contract documents, submittals, shop drawings to determine work scope and crew requirements.
• Plan and execute Work Plans for major components and monitor adherence to schedules.
• Order self-perform materials, supplies and small tools from approved suppliers; ensure timely requisitions.
• Maintain daily field reports and ensure proper use and storage of equipment.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to meet plans, specs, and schedules.
• Plan logistics, safety meetings, and QA/QC inspections; support cost objectives.
• Foster training and development of subordinates; enforce safety policies.
