Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial and supervisory experience preferred.
• NCCER certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to manage crews, equipment, and materials to meet project plans and costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work to meet timetables and cost targets.
• Supervise skilled and unskilled hourly workers on construction projects.
• Coordinate on-site equipment, tools, and material resources; manage QA/QC inspections.
• Lead training and development of subordinates; ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and schedules.
