Austin Industrial is seeking an I&E General Foreman for the Spring, TX project. The role provides daily supervision of crew and administrative functions to keep schedules on track and costs controlled, while upholding site safety and quality standards.

You'll coordinate with owner representatives, vendors, subcontractors and project management to lead planning, scheduling, and field operations across moderate-scale civil work.

Formación

• 5+ years of industrial and supervisory experience.
• NCCER-Inst Fttr PV certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision for crews and administrative functions.
• Maintain job progress to stay on or ahead of schedules and below estimated cost.
• Uphold project safety performance and procedures.
• Coordinate with owner representatives, developers, vendors, subcontractors, and project management personnel.
