• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in construction or mechanical projects as a foreman.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.
