Legacy Commercial Property seeks a Commercial, Field Facilities Manager to oversee 55+ retail properties across IL, MO, KS, and OK. This role focuses on asset preservation, tenant relationships, and operational excellence to maximize property performance and tenant satisfaction.

The position involves coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and supporting leasing opportunities with the Regional VP, with 50-70% overnight travel within the territory and daily property visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience managing retail or mixed-use properties preferred.
• Leasing or sales experience a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial lease terms and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and understand their needs.
• Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships for maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other services.
• Oversee bid process and vendor selection for services and upgrades.
• Schedule annual inspections and tests.
