Job summary

Legacy Commercial Property is seeking an Owner's Representative to manage a portfolio of retail properties across Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. This is a field-based role requiring 50-70% overnight travel; home office on non-travel days, with strong tenant relations and operations oversight.

You will coordinate repairs, manage vendor relationships, participate in leasing opportunities, and support capital improvements while reporting to the Regional Vice President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Commercial property management experience required.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial lease terms and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships and understand their needs.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements for each property.
• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and services.
• Oversee bid process and vendor selection for services and improvements.
