Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Field Engineering to lead the company’s Field Services team supporting FAA programs in Northern California, including Sacramento area stations.

This role supervises remote technicians, coordinates with NOCC, provides on-site training, and ensures compliance with policies while travel up to 100% is required.

Requires a bachelor’s degree with experience or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain FAA clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 0–2 years, or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain FAA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and technical training to field technicians.
• Oversee on-site support and ensure policy compliance.
• Allocate resources to meet program needs and dispatch.
• Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns.
• Coordinate with NOCC and customer points of contact.
• Support after-hours emergency responses and travel to remote sites.
