Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Supervisor in the Field Services group to oversee five remote Field Technicians serving FAA programs from Longmont, CO. The role collaborates with NOCC and interfaces with the Denver ARTCC to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The candidate will train staff, allocate resources, and manage performance while traveling to remote sites as needed and maintaining required security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0–2 years; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with customer interfacing and team leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise five remote Field Technicians across Longmont, CO and coordinate with FAA program needs.
• Provide onsite training, guidance, and enforcement of program policies and procedures.
• Allocate resources to support program operations and ensure timely customer service.
• Lead performance reviews, address concerns, and set objectives for the team.
• Escalate and resolve issues from Help Desk/NOCC; maintain customer feedback.
• Install, repair, configure, test and maintain computing and network equipment; document changes.
• Work after hours and travel up to 100% to remote sites as needed.
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining required security clearances.
