Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Supervisor, Field Engineer to lead five remote Field Technicians supporting FAA programs from Longmont, CO. You will supervise, train, and coordinate onsite services at the Denver ARTCC, ensuring adherence to policies and rapid response to dispatches and service requests.

You will manage resources, mentor staff, and drive quality customer service while coordinating with NOCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Graduate degree with 0–2 years’ related experience or 6+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with large government networks and field service operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to field technicians on program services.
• Allocate resources to support operational needs and schedules.
• Assist in objective setting, skill development, and performance reviews.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues from Help Desk/NOCC.
• Install, repair, configure, test and maintain PCs and network equipment; document changes.
• Travel up to 100% to remote sites or regions as needed.
• Lift up to 32 lbs and work at heights up to 10 ft.
• Maintain FAA/DoD clearance requirements as applicable.
