Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Engineering to lead a team of Solutions Architects for the Startups segment.

You will hire, train, and grow the team, partner with Sales and other Field Engineering segments to accelerate revenue, and ensure customers achieve success using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You will maintain strong relationships across the business to support GTM strategy and world-class execution.

Qualifications

• Lead a technical pre-sales team with hiring, onboarding and mentoring responsibilities.
• Over 10 years in the data space with enterprise software, big data or AI.
• Be a trusted advisor guiding data infrastructure decisions at executive level.
