• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to meet department goals.
• Review and approve work related to customer requests, maintenance and project work.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to staff; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop cost-effective preliminary and detailed engineering designs and work orders.
• Support storm response, emergency restoration, and cross-state initiatives.
