Job summary

Eversource Energy in New Hampshire seeks a Senior Field Engineering Supervisor to direct and mentor field designers, oversee large distribution projects, review work for quality, and ensure safe, reliable power delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with other departments, manage budgets and schedules, and support regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in engineering or engineering technology. ABET accreditation preferred.
• Minimum of five years of related technical experience. supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry codes/standards for electric utilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field engineering designers, assign and prioritize work, review requests and design solutions.
• Provide coaching, safety leadership, and technical guidance to staff for quality, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and participate in project/budget reviews while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with policies.
