Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Senior Field Engineer/Team Lead to direct field engineering designers, prioritize workloads, and ensure safe, reliable distribution construction projects. You will review work requests, guide costs and schedules, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or ABET-equivalent, at least five years of related technical experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology; ABET preferred.
