Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology, ABET preferred.
• Minimum five years of related technical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry codes and standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise field engineering designs for distribution projects.
• Review work for internal/external requests, maintenance and project work.
• Provide technical guidance, safety leadership and coaching to staff.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to meet department goals.
• Develop cost effective preliminary and detailed engineering designs.
• Ensure plans are designed and implemented to company standards.
