Job summary

ICON is seeking a Field Engineering Technician II to support Titan 3D printing systems on active construction sites." You will work with senior technicians to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues and perform preventive maintenance. This role involves travel, outdoor environments, and rapid ownership from day one.

Responsibilities include wiring work, system troubleshooting, documenting steps, and coordinating complex tasks while upholding safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience as a Field Technician or similar hands-on role.
• Certifications: OSHA 10, CPR, heavy equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and terminate cables.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect and disconnect electrical, pneumatic, and network cabling to facilitate printer mobility with minimal supervision.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues on the printers and related systems.
• Update ticketing system with accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps, replacements, and maintenance performed.
• Build strong relationships with Print Operators to ensure smooth project execution and determine root causes of recurring issues.
• Lead the coordination of complex tasks while ensuring team safety and efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to reduce downtime and maintain printer performance.
• Regularly monitor printer data to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
