- 3+ years of related experience

Responsibilities
- Re-enabling ports and VLAN changes on Access Switches.
- Assist government counterparts with on-site and off-site solutions.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware across security classifications.
- Provide first-class customer service with professional conduct.
- Create knowledge base documentation for services and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel via multiple channels.
