• Re-enabling ports and VLAN changes on Access Switches.
• Assisting government counterparts with on-site and off-site solutions.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware across multiple security classifications.
• Create knowledge base documentation and ensure effective verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Provide incident response and technical support across multi-organizational staff.
