Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Senior Service Field Engineer to support semiconductor photolithography equipment across the United States. The role involves installing, servicing, and diagnosing Canon, Nikon, ASML or TEL steppers and scanners, with two weeks in the field and one week from home.

The position is salaried and offers a competitive $120k–$140k base plus a performance bonus and 100% paid medical coverage. A minimum of five years in field service is required, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of field service or maintenance experience in installation and servicing of Canon, Nikon, ASML or TEL steppers/scanners.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and phone support for installation, service and maintenance of Canon photolithography equipment (steppers and scanners).
• Provide accurate daily pass Downs when at customer sites.
• Provide formal and informal customer training onsite when needed.
• Maintain service tooling and testing equipment in good condition.
• Share professional service skills with other technicians.
• Meet or exceed project/service budgets and profit objectives.
• Maintain high quality assurance standards.
• Develop and implement service procedures with the Service Manager and teams.
• Keep up-to-date with semiconductor industry trends and advances.
• Interface with customers professionally, even in stressful situations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to protect uptime and reputation.
