Job summary
Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Field Engineer for remote-from-home work. The role involves installing and servicing Canon, Nikon, TEL, or ASML photolithography equipment across the country, with travel between field sites and home-office weeks.
You will perform on-site service projects, diagnose issues, and train technicians to meet quality standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field service on lithography gear, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of field service or maintenance experience on Canon, Nikon, ASML or TEL steppers/scanners.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering preferred; significant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and phone support for installation, service, and maintenance of photolithography equipment.
- Lead coordination of equipment installations and repair projects.
- Maintain high quality assurance standards and complete field reports accurately.
