ACM Research Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to support North American customers from the Phoenix, Arizona area. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex semiconductor capital equipment in high-volume manufacturing environments.

The role requires hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment, cleanroom settings, and strong electro‑mechanical skills. Expect travel up to 20% and collaboration with global engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on semiconductor capital equipment installation, maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication facilities and cleanroom environments.
• Strong knowledge of complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and drive resolution.
• Travel up to 20% and willingness for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and support complex semiconductor capital equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Lead or support escalations, field modifications, and CIP/ECOs.
• Develop escalation plans and present findings to customers and teams.
• Provide on-site technical instruction and mentoring to field staff.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and customer activity reports.
