Job summary

Teceze in Boise, Idaho is seeking an experienced Field Engineer (L2/L3) to provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure issues. You will work with IT teams and end users to diagnose problems and restore services quickly.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Field Engineering / Desktop Support / Infrastructure Support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Windows OS, hardware, networking, and peripherals.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.
Experience working with network devices, printers, and IT infrastructure.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle onsite support activities.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 onsite technical support to users and IT teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT equipment as required.
Support desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure.
Perform system diagnostics and identify root causes of technical issues.
Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Perform onsite installations, upgrades, maintenance, and break-fix activities.
Maintain proper documentation of service activities and incidents.
Follow company security, safety, and IT support procedures.
